We guarantee that the products are free from defects, fully functional and complete with boxes and guarantees.

You can return within 14 calendar days only if the product is not of your size.

In case you find a defect in the product, you must provide us notice as soon as possible, and in any event within 48 hours from receipt of the goods (as of the date of delivery).

After this date no claim will be taken into consideration for any reason.

All products must be returned in the same condition you have received them, complete of box, booklet, warranty. For no reason accept used products or incomplete.


How to make a return

1 - Access the "ORDERS" section by CLICKING HERE.

2 - Relatively to the order that you want to make, click on "Details" and select the product to be returned. Later in the section "Return of goods" and write a detailed motivation and click on the "Ask a refund".

3 - From the section "Returning a product" it is possible to follow the status of your return, you just entered the data status is "confirmation pending" as the status is changed by the administrative department on "waiting for package", you can download the "bill of restitution" that contains the data to return the product. Each change of state made by the administration will be reported to the customer by email.

4 – Attach photos of defects found and send them to the email address resi@orologin.com

Very important:
No refund will be made for products returned to Orologin.com which are not faulty or whose incident description is not real.
For this reason, it is important to attach the photo to the media of the defect.
The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and any customs fees (All European Countries except Italy) will be deducted from the refund.
You will be refunded the cost of the returned item, net of discounts and expenses of the original shipping, less the costs of the withdrawal.
The gift packaging kit or gift will in no case be refunded.


Method of repayment
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment chosen at the time of the order:

  • PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: you made the transfer directly through PayPal.
  • PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD: the refund is credited only to the credit card used for the purchase.

Once the goods arrive in our offices, and after checking it, we will add the amount to the current account of the customer, after to have generated a "credit Note".
