Wanting to offer the best possible service we have developed agreements in collaboration with the best Couriers in order to always guarantee a quality service from order to end delivery.

Shipping is Free in Italy for orders over 150 euros, the basic cost is € 5.99. For other European countries shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination, you can check the cost of shipping before completing the purchase in the cart.

To check shipping costs, simply add the desired products to the shopping cart, our system will calculate the weight and volume, and provide you with a cost for your location. The shipping cost is charged to the customer, except for current promotions. Once made, you can track your shipment in real-time, directly online in one of the following ways:

  • By clicking on the link with the number of the waybill (AWB) which you will find on our e-mail confirmation of shipment
  • If you access (after you have logged in) in your section "Order history" and clicking on the shipment number
  • By entering the waybill number (AWB) on the sites of the respective couriers.

 

Delivery

All our items come from the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

Delivery times are calculated from when the courier receives the package and are divided into the following categories (indicated on each product):

  • Express Shipping *, delivery in 24-48 hours
  • Standard Shipping *, delivery in 5 days
  • Customizable Shipping *, you can select the type of courier and delivery times.

* Estimated delivery times are provided in working days (business days).

Delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and remote delivery areas or places where the postal service is limited may be part of the latter category, for example mountain locations or islands. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will try to deliver a second time, after which the order will be stored in the courier's warehousing until our communication, please contact us for any change in the shipping address.

The first thing to do is to verify that the number of packages received match those ordered.

Then, test each of the neck, externally, very carefully, to see if there are signs of possible strokes or manipulations, as: barrel, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, the adhesive tape of the carrier or any sign that might lead to suspect that the goods may have been damaged.
It is mandatory to leave a signature on the delivery note of the courier, whether it be on paper or on a handheld computer (PDA) "the PARCEL is VISIBLY DAMAGED", if there are these signs.

Do not sign a neck as VISIBLY DETERIORATED, and further submitted photos demonstrating that there were no visible damage on the same, will be grounds for rejection of the practice automatically.
